What horse wouldn’t thrive at Clermont Equestrian at Cypress Ridge?
We’re on 136 pristine acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean with the perfect year-round climate for training. Just outside of San Mateo, you can be riding in minutes from San Francisco or San Jose taking the 280 and up the 92 to Skyline just before the Purisima Open Space.
Your horse will receive three custom feedings of top-quality grass hay, grain feeding twice a day, as well as daily turn-out and blanketing. We also offer grooming, hand walking, training and coaching at shows. We also have an equine veterinarian, Dr. Jay Reynolds, onsite most days.
Ameneties include:
• 1 197’ x 105’ indoor arena with sand and Footings Unlimited Airfoot mixture
• 1 200' x 82' outdoor arena with sand and Footings Unlimited Airfoot mixture
• 1 barn with 32 stalls, shower stall, 2 bathrooms, 3 tack rooms, storage shed and feed shed
• 1 barn with 6 stalls, 1 bathroom and 1 tack room
• 6 individual turnouts
• 20 outdoor paddocks with shelters
• 5 large pastures with shelters
• 3 pastures without shelters and
• miles of trails through canyons overlooking the ocean.

Hours:
Clermont Equestrian is open and stalls cleaned 7 days a week. Riding is from 6AM to 10PM. Please schedule a tour with Craig or Anne Clermont at (650) 851-2230 or today.
