We offer private, semi-private or group lessons with experienced instructors.GROUP: $60
Riders are divided by level into beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups. Hour-long jumping lessons include flat work for thirty minutes and jumping for the next thirty. Beginner lessons don't include jumping.
SEMI-PRIVATE: $75
2 riders per lesson, 45 minutes long.
PRIVATE: $85
Either dressage or hunt seat equitation lessons are available as private (45 minute) or semi-private. Fundamentals learned in jumping can be used in hunter, equitation or jumper.
Lesson Packages: We offer Lesson Packages of 6 at a discounted rate of 10%. Lessons in these packages must be used up in 6 consecutive weeks. You can make up a missed lesson depending on availability. These are non-refundable, but are transferable.
Other packages are available for those who require a more flexible schedule.
DETAILS:
People take lessons for three months before deciding whether they are serious about the sport. If they do wish to progress further, they then lease a horse or pony for either six or twelve months. People wishing to continue then purchase their own to further their abilities with and compete at local shows.
Helmet, boots with a heel, and long pants are required. We have helmets and boots for beginners. We also recommend wearing gloves. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the lesson to help tack up and groom the horse or pony.During the winter months, we waive our $35 haul-in fee for people who want to trailer here for lessons with any of our trainers.
Everyone riding on the property needs to completely fill out our waiver and present it to Anne or Craig Clermont prior to riding. Copies are available just outside the office hanging up or you may request us to it to you. Thank you.
When possible, you are welcome to spend up to 30 minutes with the horse or pony following your lesson.

Payment is due prior to your lesson.
We accept cash, check, or any major credit card. Please make checks payable to Clermont Equestrian. You can drop off your payment in person, or mail your check to us at 12670 D Skyline Blvd., Woodside, CA 94062.
